Saturday 12th November saw another successful concert from the Emley Brass Band to finish off our Autumn series of concerts.
With the first half a collection of pieces of our choice, including the solos Silver threads Amongst the Gold beautifully played by Marie Bedford on Solo Horn and Postcards From Caledonia performed by Elizabeth Hartley on Flugel Horn and the second half of the concert included a selection of the well-known and well-loved proms classics.
By the end the audience were on their feet, waving their flags and singing loud and proud. Feeling proud to be British. We look forward back to returning to East Ardsley in 2 years time for some more proms fun!
